High speed laser or copier printing
PCL™ Labels are manufactured from the highest quality laser grade materials. The unique PCL™ format allows professional printing of jobs, including those requiring bleed, on the smallest or the most sophisticated digital (laser/copier) printers. The extra wide grip edge allows trouble free feeding of even the smallest label sizes on the highest speed printers.
The unique, patented layout provides an exceptionally stable sheet making multiple process printing easy.
Specifically designed to incorporate the capability of printing fixed information by litho, with variable information overprinting by laser or copier.
PCL™ the patented multi process label format
The only truly universal A4 label range for litho, laser or copier printing (or all 3!). Based on an A4 sheet and regardless of label size, all with a simple, common and patented format. |
 |
Specifically designed for maximum stability and simplicity of use, the PCL3 Digital® format is based on the highly versatile and successful PCL™ (A4) format. Two A4 panels of labels are positioned on an SRA3 sheet with extra grip edges all round and a central gutter between. To help with positioning for guillotining for final presentation, crop marks are cut into the label surface to mark the position of the A4 sheet edges

Stable, high quality materials are required when high speed laser printing. Many 'commodity' label ranges are unsuitable for high speed printing due to the choice of light weight materials to reduce cost. How much does a paper jam in the middle of a 'personalised' print run cost? Choose high quality labels designed for high speed hot fusing processes like PCL™, PCL3 Digital® and Digital Office.
