A4+ Printer's Blanks
Designed for litho, letterpress and screen printing
The sheets are essentially A4 plus a lay and grip edge, nominal sheet size 225 x 336mm. The labels are separated by a gutter and are presented as standard with the waste matrix intact thus giving the facility for print jobs requiring bleed. PCL™ for litho and multiple process printing
The simple, patented format of the PCL label range allows the litho printer to set artwork quickly and print images with bleed with confidence. All PCL labels have 13mm lay and grip edges and 2mm gutters (4mm on very small labels) between the labels. The waste matrix is intact and unbroken (no little grip edge labels) and gives tremendous stability to the sheet.
For jobs requiring pre print litho and overprinting by laser or copier the PCL label range is the natural choice. Specifically designed for multiple print processing the tremendous stability of the sheets gives trouble free performance during litho printing and on the highest speed lasers.
PCL3 Digital® for litho printers
This SRA3 range of sheets and die cut labels is equally at home on litho and digital presses. The litho printer can however use the full range of SRA3 materials available including fluorescents, metallics and standard whites as well as those 'top treated' for the indigo process (machine coated, cast coated, laids, felt marked and synthetics).
The majority of die cut labels in the range are formatted to give 2 x PCL layouts on an SRA3 sheet and all can be guillotined back to a finished A4 presentation. Corners of the finished A4 are marked by crop marks cut into the label paper surface. |
