Material and colours available
Product Specification
With over 30 standard materials to choose from; white coated and uncoated papers, colours, fluorescents, gold, silver, polyesters and various adhesive types you can mix and match most materials and formats to give over 5000 label options.

Individual product specification sheets. These contain a full description of the face material, backing and adhesives available. they also include full printing information and list the availability in our range of products.

PCL3-9651 label
From each label range listing are links to individual PDF format templates. These can be imported into graphics based programmes and provide both the visual and dimensional information to ensure accurate placement of artwork. Import the pdf into the graphics programme and save it as a dedicated layer. Perform all artwork on new layers. Check the register between artwork and label position by proof printing all layers. Then turn off the print option for the template layer for final output.
Word templates
Primarily for the PCL™ and Digital Office ranges a straightforward guide covering all the steps necessary to quickly and effectivly setup a template for Microsoft Word.
Print Guidelines
Covering the main printing methods from traditional litho through to modern high-speed digital. Specialist printing advice for example - ink recommendations for litho printing polyesters, optimum machine settings and specific printing press information.

Polyester flip
An increasing PDF library of hints and tips to improve your label experience.

Do NOT overbend the sheets as this may loosen labels.
Cut less that 100 sheets per stack ensuring the blade is clean and sharp.
The easiest way to get air into a stack of polyester sheets is to do the Polyester Flip!
Ensure the correct 'white' is chosen for your single or multiple printing requirements.

PCL3-4545 45 x 45mm
Now available in full sheets or die cut labels in our PCL™, Digital Office and PCL3 Digital® ranges this excellent synthetic material can be printed by litho, laser or HP Indigo processes. The marine grade adhesive is approved under BS5609 specification for hazardous drum labelling and makes the material a natural choice for harsh environments where durability and waterproofness are required.
Available as full sheets or die cut labels in our PCL™, Digital Office and SRA3 ranges. Printable by litho (using fully oxidising inks) laser and copier the excellent permanent adhesive makes the product ideal for harsh environments.
