A range of Adobe Acrobat .pdf format templates, for example the PCL™ label PCL7651 illustrated right, have been prepared to provide you with all the information necessary for you to create accurate artwork fast.
Use of the accompanying templates, label data or code (the "Templates") are covered by our Template Licence . Read the Licence carefully before utilizing the templates or label data. By using the Templates you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this licence.
The .pdf format templates are designed to be imported into a range of applications including; Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and Quark Xpress as a visual background layer to setup your artwork.
This graphical representation of the labels is enhanced with all the dimensions necessary to ensure accuracy and includes step and repeat information within the page.
From each label range listing are links to individual PDF format templates.
These can be imported into graphics based programmes and provide both the visual and dimensional information to ensure accurate placement of artwork.
Import the pdf into the graphics programme and save it as a dedicated layer. Perform all artwork on new layers. Check the register between artwork and label position by proof printing all layers. Then turn off the print option for the template layer for final output.
