Need a label size or shape that is not available as standard? PCL can manufacture bespoke label formats using materials from our existing product ranges, helping you match the label to your application, print method and production needs.
From simple custom sizes to more unusual shapes across A4, A3 and SRA3+ formats, our bespoke service gives you more flexibility when standard label options are not quite right.
How the Bespoke Label Process Works
Once we receive your enquiry, our team will discuss your requirements, material options and layout with you. A CAD drawing will then be prepared for approval, helping you check the finished label format before manufacture begins.
The usual turnaround time for our bespoke label service is 5 to 6 working days from start to delivery, with our standard one box minimum order quantity. Part tooling charges may apply depending on the request.
For more complex shapes, specialist requirements or larger orders, turnaround times may vary. We will confirm this with you at enquiry stage.
If a standard material is not suitable for the end application, our team can discuss your requirements and advise on possible material options.
